Trek along the beach for miles and miles; or follow the track from the park at Merriman Creek until the sign ‘The Island’ appears.  Make your hike or walk as long or as short as you desire . . .  The ever changing scenery will not disappoint.

‘The Island’ provides a serene environment overlooking the lagoons from many angles – revealing some of Australia’s stunning birdlife and flora.  A fishing platform provides the perfect locale for some peaceful, less populated fishing endeavours.

A couple of viewing seats are provided, from which one can absorb the peace and serenity . . .
