The Ninety Mile Beach spans 94 miles (151 km), running north-eastward from a split at Port Albert to the man-made entrance located at Lakes Entrance. Unfortunately this means it can be difficult to find a well formed bank, best bet is at the mouth of Merriman Creek.
The Seaspray Surf Life Saving Club provides patrolled swimming and surf activities during the Summer months. Swimming and water activities are recommended only at the patrolled beaches.
