Located just off Coles Track on the path to ‘Observatory Point’, there are four picnic tables nestled beautifully amidst the Coast Tea Trees (Leptospermum laevigatum) and Drooping She-Oaks (Allocasuarina Verticillata). With plenty of shade and shelter it is a perfect place for a pit stop, refuel or just take a break before tackling the next leg of the journey. Feeling refreshed, the choice is yours whether to visit the remains of the historic Cattle Jetty at ‘Observatory Point’ or head back to ‘Coles Track’ to continue on your way to Fort Nepean.
