The ‘London Bridge Car Park’ services the lookouts, glider launch area, beach access and walking trails that depart from this beautiful location. Nestled within the shelter of the dunes, there are in excess of 40 car parking bays at this location. A short walk to the cliff top reveals stunning views of the rocky outcrop known as ‘London Bridge‘ as well as remarkable ocean scenes across Bass Strait and along the coastline.
Public toilets, bench seats, interesting information signage, and some drinking water can be found in various areas around the car park.
A walk along the beach or ‘Farnsworth Track’ will take you to the Portsea Surf Life Saving Club (SLSC) precinct. ‘Wilson’s Folly Track’ is a walkway that leads to all the wonders to be found at ‘Point Nepean National Park‘ some 1.7 km away . . .
Another walkway leads directly to the beach below which reveals the most picturesque rock pools and formations, stunning cliff faces, and the mesmerising beauty of the surf rolling in. Make sure you allow plenty of time to enjoy this region, as it is absolutely stunning !!!
