‘The Pines’ is a great park for those with children, as the park offers a great Playground and direct access to the beach. ‘Rock-hop’ over the rock shelves and pools, investigate the micro-environments of the pools, go swimming in the sandy tracts of beach – and when you come back, you can rinse off the sand and salt water at the Outdoor Shower that the park provides.
The picnic facilities are perfect to prepare and then sit down to a quite meal whilst enjoying the exquisite views afforded by Pialba, located on Queensland’s Fraser Coast.
A very well sheltered park, with beautiful large trees, and situated right next to the stunning beaches and waters of Hervey Bay, ‘The Pines’ is located off Charlton Esplanade, via a service road which extends to the end of the park. There is plenty of parking provided along the road.
‘The Pines‘ facilities include: Public Toilets, Sheltered Picnic Tables / Barbecues, open-air Picnic Tables, Outdoor Showers and a Playground.
