‘Rotary Park’ in Gayndah, Queensland, is situate just west of the Oaky Creek Bridge, adjacent to the ‘Gayndah Swimming Pool‘.
The colourful, and well maintained playground equipment, together with picnic facilities, are reminiscent of a bygone era, and, with the backdrop of the pool, bestows a welcoming ambiance. The hedge ‘Gayndah’, which is located just across the road, all add to the pride and colour as one approaches the township of Gayndah from the east.
It took me straight back to my childhood !!! It is wonderful to see one of these playgrounds preserved.
